Terms for ceramic coating and paint protection film work in Ukraine.

2. Coverage

Under normal use we cover gloss retention, hydrophobic performance, and for PPF adhesion with no yellowing, peeling or delamination.

3. Registration and maintenance

Register within 14 days of handover (invoice, VIN, plate) via the form below or contact@kineticrayons.com. Keep the invoice and service records. Maintenance wash every 12 months (ceramic) or 6 months (PPF) is required.

4. Exclusions

Not covered: accidents, scratches, abrasion, stone chips, chemical or brush car washes, polishing, repainting, body repair, misuse or third-party products.

5. Complaints

Send photos and the invoice to contact@kineticrayons.com; we reply within 30 days. Out-of-court complaints: Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів (Держпродспоживслужба).
