1. Trader and requisites

kineticrayons.com is operated by kineticrayons.com LLC, Business Center Eurasia, 75 Zhylyanska Street, Kyiv, 01032, Ukraine; EDRPOU 78658481; contact@kineticrayons.com; +380 731 781 2180. No licence data applies.

2. Services and price

We provide a free paint inspection, paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film. Scope and materials are confirmed before work starts. Prices are in UAH, formed from vehicle size, paint condition, materials and labour time; the binding price is in your order confirmation. We do not promise permanent protection or indefinite durability. Warranty terms are in the order confirmation.

3. Payment, cancellation, liability

Payment is in UAH as agreed in the order confirmation. Cancel or reschedule free of charge 24 hours before the slot; later cancellations may be charged if materials were ordered. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service; we are not liable for indirect loss or pre-existing paint, rust or repair defects.

4. Complaints and supervision

Write to contact@kineticrayons.com; we reply within 30 days. Out-of-court consumer complaints are handled by Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів (Держпродспоживслужба).
